I am looking for a S&W SD9 1st gen. NOT the two-tone VE model with plastic sights. I owned 2 SD40's before and traded them off, but I really want one in 9 now. Please PM me what you got or if you know a store that still has some in stock since they've been discontinued. I refuse to pay gunbroker $450 price + $40 shipping + $30 FFL fee on a gun that was $390-$429 pretty much across the board.

I THINK I saw one in the Academy Sports in McDonough two or three weeks ago...It might be worth a Phone Call...HTH....mikey357
Anyone successfully find the original SD? After turning up Academy's website ad for it at $399, I called and they said there haven't been any in inventory for ages. They have the 2 tone for $320, but I'd prefer the original SD 40, or even SD 9. Not for $450 and up as I see on gunbroker and some posts here though!
