I have made full price offers and did not receive an answer for 2 days. Not sure whats up with that, but it is what it is.

Some bids just simply don't deserve a response. Especially if the bidding has exceeded yours by $50 - $100.

That's what I'm implying. The sellers would get better offers than what they were asking. Happens all the time and you can get away with it as long as you aren't obvious. You list an item at a good price and the "counter offers" will come in. You keep everyone on the line until you think you've got the best fish then you cut the others.

Fair enough but being polite doesn’t cost much. Define lowball offers? Is it 20% less than selling price? 10%? 5%? There’s some gray area there..

It’s called negotiating ! The younger generation has no concept of this ! It’s I want my price ! I know what it’s worth to me !
