Well i'm only 19 and i'm wanting a hand gun... I know you have to be 21 to have a handgun registered... But the Second right says you can bare firearm at any age. So lets talk what'cha got?

I understand it's legal, but I don't deal with teenagers or with anyone under 21 (with proof of age and a drivers liscense).
