I'm selling my lightly used Shellback Tactical Banshee plate carrier. I used it in my department's rifle course and the rest of the time it's hung out in the trunk of my patrol car. This plate carrier will fit a 10x12 plate. It has quick release buckles at the shoulders. I will also be including the Tactical Assault Gear enhanced mag pouch pictured on the front.
