So back before all of the gun control talk started and everyone went nuts, I had decided I was going to make a few firearms purchases after the first of the year. Well, here we are pushin' mid Feb. and things are still crazy. I still want to make my purchases but I have no desire to pay the highly inflated prices being asked these days. $550 for a used Glock when brand new ones are available for $650? No thanks. I'll pass. I don't need it that bad.
With all that being said I would still like to acquire certain handguns. Maybe somebody out there is interested in a non-firearm related trade. Maybe not, but it never hurts to ask! Of course I would also be willing to include an appropriate amount of cash minus trade value. I know a Glock 21 is worth more than my chain saw!
Here is what I am looking to acquire, in priority order:
1. Glock 21 - don't care what Gen. - just must be in good to very good condition.
2. Desert Eagle 1911
3. Desert Eagle .50 - Satin Nickel/Brushed Stainless - Not black or polished - I'll be very picky about this one because (1) they are not cheap and (2) this one is for for giggles and just because the are so freakin' cool!
What do I have to trade? What are you looking for? I have a few I items in mind that I would be willing to let go of. They include a 14" McCulloch Chain Saw, a Ryobi router table (never used), and an UltraSonic parts cleaning machine (orig. used for cleaning golf clubs), and maybe a peacock and pea hen or two. See Pix Below.
I also have a jon boat I would be willing to trade but I don't have a picture to post at this time. I also make hand turned pens and other such items on my mini lathe. Perhaps you may be interested in some hand turned pens? These can range in value from $35 to $500 and even more.

14" McCulloch Mac 130 Chain Saw. Runs. Will throw in the chain sharpener.

Ryobi Router Table - Never Used

This was a $5000 machine when purchased new. My father used to take it around to golf courses and clean golf clubs. It was not used very much as he got sick shortly after and was no longer able to continue. This would be a great parts washer for somebody!

I have several peafowl I may be willing to include in a trade. (Pea cocks - males / pea hens - females)
However, my wife is very particular about who these go to so she would want to make sure they were going to a good home before she would approve the trade!
