Either an M1917 made by Eddystone, Winchester or Remington in 30-06

or

P-14 by the same manufacturers in 303. made for our British allies before we joined them.

They were made for WWII buy were in second line units through WWII mostly Chemical Mortars and transportation units off the front line.

What's it worth. I have never fired it but I had a gunsmith check it out and he said that he saw no reason why it would not. It's a 30-06 caliber.
