XTC/HP/CMP/NRA SHOOTERS What is your favorite 20" Full Length Rife Upper? Any Deals out there?

Anyone shoot full length 20" Rifle upper on their mil spec lowers?
I am looking for VALUE. Accuracy, Dependability, Life of the Barrel, all of those things that make a decent upper.
Now since the CMP and NRA allows scoped rifles with 4X glass, who needs pinned sights and National match apertures.
I know about WOK, Compass, RR, but who else is making these? PSA? Stag? DPMS?

Totally agree. There is on for sale on here for $625 but it's a carbine but add some glass and go nuts right?
