The media "yells fire in a crowded theater" all most every day without repercussion.
Hopefully Trump will tone that down a bit.

I am curious on a totally different scenario.

I am not a pro sports fan , don't watch at all. However the idiot who refuses to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance ... Don't recall his name. I hear from the league , team owners etc that it's his right to not stand.

Now if the same idiot wanted to wear a sticker on his helmet or patch on his uniform during a game that would not be allowed, right?

How do the two differ?
