This is what Kalifornia is becoming. A wussified version of the UK where would-be robbers sue when they fall through a window trying to break into someone's home.

Hell, this could just as easily happen in Georgia. Anyone can sue anyone for anything. This country needs tort reform so bad it's ridiculous.

The 400lb gorilla in the room that no one ever talks about is that the easiest way to bring healthcare costs down is tort reform, but the government is run mostly by lawyers, so that will never happen.
