You have to leave on foot, which 2 guns do you take with you and why?

On those carrying .22 rounds MAKE SURE you have a good watertight storage solution for them, most .22 rounds are so loosely put together that even very high humidity can ruin them. Heavy rain, or being submersed would do most any in.

One of the big reasons I lean toward the centerfire. I will have my .22 conversion and a good many rounds, but I won't depend soley on them.

Doubling the ammo versatility. Using the Glocks with conversions gives me the ability to use 9MM and 40S&W. Me carry the AK and the wife the AR gives us 7.62x39 AND 5.56. Then of course the .22.

The oil on your guns will seep into them as well. This may seem crazy but buy yourself some fingernail polish for your primers paint it on the primers and wipe off the excess until it just covers the ring where the primer seals to the brass.

I'm thinking my glock 21 and my marlin 883. The little 22 mag would be great. Then Gavin I've never played by the rules so I'd actually grab those plus my AR plus my 7 mag plus my mark iii and maybe the .454. The wife And kids can carry whatever food they want.

HK USP 9 Compact and AR. I can carry "enough" ammo, both weapons are common calibers, both are very comfortable quality weapons and I trust them.
