The one i like is “easy fix”. As in “It is missing a screw but thats an easy fix”. Like yeah, you mean i gotta order it from China ?
If it is such an easy fix, then fix it before you cell it !

That is CL classic.

I was shopping for cars a couple of years ago, and one of the CL standards was "just needs a ???" "it's an easy/cheap fix"

I was looking $10-15K and that was exactly my thought.
