AlumaHyde II works great on these old warhorses, and keeps a great finish.

$13 or so and some sweat equity would turn it out nice!

Not sure about refinishing - will prolly keep as is.

Has a great feel in the hand, I can see why it may have been a carry choice before the polymer revolution - slim and 8+1 capacity.

Great little pistol though. It took a while to shoot the last of the shipping grease out of it but it's run like a champ since then.

Hint... get an extra mag with it as well. I'll bet that will be the cheapest they will ever be, especially once this shipment runs out.
