Depends. Does it have a full size spare accessible when the bed is full? If so it’s a truck.

I had to work out of a gen1 ridgeline for 1 day. I got a flat. It has a donut spare in a hatch in the bed floor. Yes that means you have to unload the bed on the side of i20 to get to the donut spare. That’s not a truck that’s a car with a bed.
Didn't think about that. Now days you have to ask if it even has a spare tire and a dipstick to check fluids

yeppers i have the full size spare option. one of my must haves when i vehicle shop. underneath the bed just like normal trucks lol.

most cars now dont even come with at least a donut, there will just be a can of fix a flat where the spare should be lol.

So, you're saying my Caravan was a truck? Spare (full-size) was below the back.
But, the crank to lower it was inside, under the luggage. So I guess not. :doh:
