They may make great triggers and such, but man does their customer service suck balls.

Ordered a slide, guys said it would be ready in 60 days. They called me back today saying it would be closer 4 months.

But wait....I could send them my slide and they can do their process to it for only $50 less than receiving a new slide from them and it would still take 3 months (or their best guess anyway).

$50 less.....come on man. I told them that was ridiculous since I am suplying the stock for them to work from.

Ended up cancelling my order in frustration.

Zev's customer service sucks!!! I just had a really bad experience with them too. I like their products but this is the last time they will get any of my money. The " I'm doing you a favor"attitude when you call is pretty over the top.
