It didn’t used to be that way. I think the major carriers are enforcing stricter rules and higher prices on firearms related..well anything. Especially ammo.

Right now the limit is upped to 800rnds. Yes, shipping is 100$ and a bummer. BUT! For 324$ you are still getting 800rnds for 40c a rnd. I have shot almost 300 of these last weekend and they were excellent. Not one misfire.
