We agreed via text on a trade, time and place. Backed out said he was using 1 of the lights. No big deal. Agreed on a second alternate trade, time and place. Texted him when i was leaving when i was 5 miles out and when i got there. Then he texted me back that he was leaving and was an hour away. Waited an hour and texted he was still 30 min out that there was traffic. Had to leave without making a trade.
