"Unsold" me the gun

He asked $275 for the Taurus 24/7....I ask him if he'll take less. Heres his response:
"I'll take $260 if you want it"
I say : "I can do $260, want to meet tommorow in betweenAcworth/Cartersville? Name a place off 41."
He says"
"ok that'll be fine you wanna meet near red top mountain off of 41 tomorrow. I work tomorrow and it maybe around 5p or after before i can get there. I just wanna give you the option that im off today if you wanna meet today. If tomorrow would be better please give me your phone number so i can call you just in case im off earlier than expected and we could possibly meet earlier."
I try to call him all night and stay in the area and this is what I get the next morning:
" Sorry I missed your call had an emergency at work and didn't get off till after 12am. But I regret to say that the gun has been sold for what I was asking from a fellow employee. Thanks for your interest."

Backed out of the sale to me.
