I live a pretty fluid by a pretty fluid schedule, with a single phone call I can be in another state/country within the day. I happened to purchase myself into a new carry weapon that I did not have a holster for, and with the addition of a weapons light added a whole new level of difficulty to the search. I was heading out of town on a hunting trip and really wanted to carry the new weapon so after several hours of looking I decided to reach out to @billieco to see of he had anything in stock. He quickly returned my Dm and let me know that he did not have one but would be willing to build one asap to help me out.
I left to go out of town on a project on Monday, I arrived at home this evening to find not one, but two holsters! I had inadvertently been sent the wrong holster so he took it upon his self to send the correct one without a second thought in order to make sure that I had what I needed.
Customer service is hard to come by nowadays, and it definitely does not go unnoticed by me. I seriously appreciate the extra effort that was given to make sure he lived up to his promise...In my book, GEARCRAFT HOLSTERS IS MY GOTO FROM NOW ON!!!
