Depends if I happen to have a powder or bullet I want to work up. These days it’s mostly powder but I did stock up after our last shortage. I will check to see if both have data on the bullet and powder. I have loaded for many years so I do feel comfortable working up various loads.
I load way ahead for shotgun. I don’t see any variance over time. Same with pistol rounds. I load what I need for my bench rest stuff. Things just seem to change over time.
They are all noisy. I use a sonic as well but it isn’t a replacement for a quality tumbler. Work on noise suppression. The better tumblers don’t make much noise just running by it self it’s the brass that is noisy. A box with something to line it or go ahead and purchase some acoustic foam...
Another vote for the Lyman 55. I do not like the lee I could not get consistency with it. As long as my technique was consistent the 55 would throw within 0.1 grains. If you plan to weigh every load just get a few different size scoops and a trickler. No need to throw imho
