I am 19, I am Very new to reloading, have just about nothing and slowly collecting what I need to shoot as much as I like to, the bonus of reloading for accuracy and affordability is a bonus as well. I would prefer "Hand me down" equipment considering I could just as easily pro-form new stuff...
