Item Description: 1991 Dutchmen Classic:
Nice camper for its age. Unique bay style window at kitchen table. Bumper pull type, around 24' long from tongue to back bumper. Unsure of weight. Bought approximately one year ago, pulled it home & parked it. Wife & I have had our schedules change & camping is no longer an option. Pics are from the day we pulled it home. Needs a good cleaning as it has sat for a year unused. The camper comes partially stocked with towels, small charcoal grill, & some other camping essentials. Any repairs needed can probably be made easily by someone who is handy. Comes with sway bars to steady the ride. Tires are good, two big propane tanks mounted up front. Needs battery replaced. Table reduces down into a bed, couch folds down into a bed & there is a bed that sleeps two in back.
Manila envelope full of documents from previous owner, title in hand and/or we can do bill of sale, whatever works best for you. Would also trade for about $3000 worth of septic lines installed (220 ft).
