Sale Price: 1000/500 or 1500 for both

Caliber: 556/223 and 9mm

Item Description: Hello There,

I am in a rush to sell these two guns. Had a tree fall over on my neighbors car yesterday during those wild windstorms and need to sell these to pay what i'm gonna owe in repairs.

First up is an AR-15, gently used, comes with 500 rounds for 1000 even

Second up is a Glock26 9mm, comes with 400 rounds for 500 even

The AR-15 does not have a carrying case or anything, but the Glock 26 has its original plastic box.

Feel free to send me PMs, or email me. I will hand out my phone number after that if you'd like to talk.

I live in Clayton, work in Tucker so if you're free to meet me at one of these two locations all the better.

have a look at the pictures and take a loook. These are priced to sell, the ammo i'm basically giving away as incentive for these items to move fast.

If you cut the tree down and it hit the neighbors car, you would be responsible.

If the tree fell down due to an act of nature, you are not responsible.

There insurance on the car will pay for it, unless it is just uninsured motorist , but you are still not responsible.

To my knowledge this is correct. If the neighbor has sent a letter notifying you to cut the tree or any possible damage caused would be your fault then you are responsible...There is a certain way they have to go about sending the letter to make it legal, though. I'm no lawyer but I know there is a way to lay the responsibilities of a neighbor's trees on the neighbor.
