Item Description: Here we have a Chinese Type 53. It's one of the Albanian imports from 10 years ago. Total mismatch as most are. The handguard does have a crack but it has held together just fine. It has been detail stripped and cleaned of cosmoline and let me tell you, it was absolutely slathered in the stuff. The stock was cleaned in a non-aggressive manner and no sand paper was used. In great mechanical condition, it just won't win any beauty contests. I have put several hundred rounds through the gun with no issues other than occasional rim jam. Very smooth bolt.
