General Dynamics (GD) 5.56 x 45 NATO M855 Steel Core Penetrator Tip Bulk New Ammo
General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems is an approved supplier of ammunition to the US Military and other government agencies. General Dynamics is currently offering a commercial version of its 5.56mm C77 NATO qualified military cartridge. The C77 is of the same family as the original Belgium SS109 cartridge or the US M855 green tip cartridge. This ammunition is an overrun from a DEA contract and is in extremely short supply. Note that while this ammo is loaded with a true steel tip penetrator bullet, it does not include the painted green tip. The green paint is added to US military contract ammo for easy identification in the field.
