Item Relisted! FS Gransfors Bruks forest axe.

Never used, sharpened, etc. Another one I bought probably 20 years ago. Very well made and just feels good in the hand. They sell for $200 now.

Except for Japanese exotics, and certain purpose built specials, the steel in G. Bruks axes is without equal

You are right on about feeling good in the hands,I have its idenitical and you could certainly be a master with it.Its not for building log cabins with.however it would be a great tool for building a long term shelter,I think this forge is the oldest in Europe,and they do produce nice metal for work.This axe feels like magic in my hand,and I will not br getting rid of mine any time soon......Mike
