I was in Dekallb traffic court. For bald tire and not having medical card on me ( Dot issue) my first mistake was being the best dressed white guy there. Second mistake was speaking proper English and addressing the judge by "yes your honor. I got no break on my fines .$600 Now The other people in there with issues like no tag, no license, exp. tag , no insurance . Got either charges suspended or warnings or reduced . What I learned from this . Wear my ball cap off to one side . Don't leave my grill at home , speak in tongue ,don't look like you can afford the ticket , don't take a shower before going . Don't let the judge think you graduated 6th grade and actually have an education

I got probation in Dekalb for speeding 85 in a 55. Had to go pay the probation officer once a month and do community service. Luckily I had a hookup on that and gave the certificate in a week and just paid one probation payment. Dekalb is the worst.
