search function question

I am getting used to the upgrade and glad they have the search function back on line. My question is how do i set the preference to show "most recent" as opposed to "relevance"? For example when i search for llama, the top of the list is a post from Dec '14 when searching relevance. If i change to most recent, i get 5 posts from this week alone.

Second question is how do set to display most recent on top? that was a setting in the old version

I just sent the moderator the question "most recent on top not working".....he said OS was still working on the search function today.
