  9. .45 vs .40 Opinions?

    When I shot my FNP-45 for the first time on Saturday, the wife said she didn't notice much of a difference in recoil between it and the SIG Sp2340 in .357 caliber. She said she noticed more the noise, and the SIG was louder. I think I would tend to notice more of the weight/grip than anything else.

    Wife bought me an FNP-45 for Xmas. Haven't shot it yet, and its been almost 20 years since I shot a 45ACP. Went to a range yesterday and every dang lane was in use. To top that off, the WallyHouse nearest the home had ammo, but no one could unlock the friggen case to sell me it. A conspiracy!
