    I ordered some ammo that was shipped via UPS. When it arrived, the outer box had been opened and one of the inner boxes containing a case of rifle ammo (10 boxes of 20) was completely soaked in some sort of solvent or oil (maybe WD40?). The inner boxes weren’t packed like they normally are...
