    If you can spin the water pump pulley , it’s boiling thru the overflow, but still have no flow they the pump then; A. Shaft inside the pump is broken B. There’s a blockage in one of the lines or thermostat

    If the water pump wasn’t turning neither would the fan and there would also be a horrible squeal coming from the belt as it was drag across the pump pulley.
