Walter Epperson

First I love Jesus, family, guns and country. My wife and I worship at Cedarcrest Church, Acworth, GA. I'm not perfect, I sin to but try not to. I pray, I will pray for you if you let me know and please pray for me. A man is a man and a woman is a woman.

Hate the sin but love the sinner. I try to live that, but sometimes it is very hard.

I am a Constitutionalist, support freedom "of" religion with no tolerance for socialism, communism or racism.

I work at Lockheed Martin, been there off and mostly on (on since 2002) for 35 years. I have held several classifications but my current position is my most favorite. I use a sewing machine a lot. I make some things to a blueprint or sketch and I get to design and make some of the darnedest pieces of equipment and devises.

I earned my place in the Marine Corps right after I graduated high school '73 thinking I would get to be an Aircraft Mechanic. They decided I should be a Flight Equipment Man (Parachute Rigger). I complained to no use, they said I signed up for an "Aviation Guarantee" job and to be glad I wasn't just pumping aviation fuel. It turned out to be a fantastic job, they taught me how to maintain all the Aviators personal equipment, flotation equipment, parachute packing, to sew and other things and I did two enlistments. God was working!

Knowing how to sew got me jobs I never would have thought, when I really needed a job.

I got on with Lockheed in late '85 laid off in 88, went to work for Boeing, laid off in 92, I got into the Navy Reserve, recalled back to work at Lockheed in '94 out in '95 back in '98 out in '99 back since 2002. Shew! I am five from the top of the seniority list in my classification and I think I can retire when I get ready. I'm not ready, I like it there and most of my friends are there. My job is interesting too.

April 2006 to 2007 I served in Afghanistan (AF) working for the Army's S5, Civil Affairs Department as a Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Facilities Support Platoon of Sailors. I went from Intelligence Specialist Chief Petty Officer to Quartermaster, Supply, Scavenger and Cat Herder Chief one week after we got to AF. It was very interesting. I have a lot of flying "Ring Routes" and Chinook time in connection with my duties. I saw a lot of AF. Retired 2008.

I feel that every law abiding freeman in this nation should own firearms and be proficient in their use.
