    I know I'm about to get slapped for it, but I shoot Monarch. 9.99 a box at Academy for FMJ. 50 cents a round and sometimes they put it on sale for 40 cents a round.     I'd just make one. Get some scrap steel drill a hole and hang it up at the range. Friend of mine made one from two 1/4inch steel plates welded together and a nut welded to the top to thread the hanging wire through. But that's way overkill for just .22s. At 100 yards, 22lr didn't even dent...
