No apology needed but I appreciate it. I’m somewhat new to this myself so don’t feel alone lol. In all seriousness man I shouldn’t have snapped at you. You offered good advice and I appreciate it.
Absolutely, and I will of course err on the fair side since I’m trading for primers. It’s not worth losing a friend over a few dollars! I just wanted to make sure I was in the correct ballpark.
No offense but when I said processed I meant just that. Every round has been fired by me, decapped by me, and run through a full length resizing die by me. After that tumbled in walnut and polished in corn cob. I’ve been reloading for over 35 years…there is no “nearly” in my shop.
I’ve got several thousand rounds of once fired, decapped and tumbled 9mm brass. A friend of mine wants to trade me some large rifle magnum primers (that I dearly need) but I don’t know what the “exchange” rate should be. I’m seeing processed 9mm brass from $42 per thousand up to $129 per...
Honestly I can’t see (no pun intended haha) me needing that much magnification for what I’ll be doing. And I’m definitely afraid of not enough eye relief. I’ve been “kissed” a couple of times and don’t care to again.

I love Zeiss, have a pair of binoculars that are amazing. But I’m trying to stay with 1” tube since I’ve already got several pairs of rings in all heights
You’re right. I’ve never had an issue with Leupold and will stay with them. I hate to spend the money on another VX5 though for a caliber I won’t shoot much. That’s the only reason I was looking at the cheaper versions.
