I'm at high risk right now, since I'm only 24. I have a managed account with about 15k in pretax, 1k at Roth. Myou defined pension is good to go though. But that's from my job I've only been at a year now, so I have considerably less in there.
My new 401k is down 20% and I'm currently loosing money and under my vested balance. Any ideas guys? It's all pretax, I'm thinking about converting it to Roth so I can take it out when I want without the tax penalty.
KNO3 is very stable when cooked with a sugar binder. very easy to make and very effective. just don't ignite it on the stove, just enough to caramelize the sugar.
