    I gave solid scenarios, they are not small numbers at all. You give a scenario that is not happening. Even in that situation the AWB focused on the manufacturers, average people still came up with work arounds.

    So petty of them to seemingly reject it over a missed field on the payment portion. A email or phone call would have taken less time then return the whole application. Of course this is no surprise either.

    I am hearing there is a "work around" for trusts under the new ruling that would allow items to still be added with only the grantor being finger printed and photographed.
