On the same topic, assuming I’m a Georgia resident, and I buy property in another state. Such as Alabama or Tennessee. Is completing a form 5320 required on every trip across state lines? Or could such form be filed one time? Or once per year? Or are you basically screwed if you travel that...
I would simply recommend anything that feels good to you, with an adjustable gas block. They just all gas block will help you tune the rifle for your suppressor easily. Properly tuned, it will feel and shoot much smoother.
I've had a couple get stuck as well, but I was always able to eventually wiggle them off.
If I couldn't wiggle them off, my next attempt would probably be to shoot it enough to get it hot, and try with a good pair of gloves while it's really hot.
If I had to start spraying it, I might try a...
The easiest thing to do is just to buy it right now. Get the clock running. Like going to the doctor when you're sick and swallowing the bill. Just do it and get it going.
And while you're waiting for it, go ahead and buy the other one.
This is what happens. And because of that, I would recommend dedicated cans instead of a do-all can. Besides, it kind of sucks switching the same can back-and-forth on different rifles. It changes the poi, they get hot, and then all your guns feel naked that don't have the can. And not naked...
I had a very similar issue with a Glock 23 and a different suppressor. No matter what ammo was used. Two different guns same problem. Finally I changed the recoil spring to brand-new OEM Glock, and I think more importantly, I updated the magazine to the newer, I think 10 coil spring. My mags...
Yep, they may keep you there, while they read through the book and try to find something to charge you with. Or maybe they'll just let you defend it to the judge with your paperwork. Or maybe they'll understand, respect your constitutional rights, like rolling the dice. Let us know if it...
Sheit, I would... if I filed that form, but that's just me. I've rolled a stop sign before, and ended up handcuffed on the curb at 11 o'clock at night (thanks Roswell PD) with back up on the way, so they can "see" the guns that were in the car, after they asked me if I had any weapons and I...
No no no. During the wait period you would obviously keep all NFA items out of access of anybody except yourself. Such as storing them in a safe where only you have the combination. In my opinion, that would legally satisfy the law. After all, that is what you have done with the document...
