Nah, I was thinking more along the lines of .308, maybe 6.5cm. I just watched the entire video and it looks like a great option. I really like that it comes with all those adapters.
Thanks. I am mostly interested in rifles, but my dilemma is I want one that will suppress .30 cal and .22lr...Possibly a PCC if I ever go that route. I realize I may be asking too much in one can, but this is why the multi caliber options intrigue me the most. I need to drive down to QRF one day...
It may not be easy, but in a nutshell can you tell me why you chose this particular can? I'm just starting to really look at the options and want to get it right. I'm looking for something that will suppress .30 call rounds, but will also suppress some of the smaller stuff, if possible. Also...
I guess I don't want or need one bad enough. I won't be shaken down any more than necessary. The other things you mention are necessities which must be paid to live, unfortunately, and yes, they are shake downs. The IRS will not pay me a visit if I don't purchase a can. I'm not hurting the...
Obviously you think it's ok to be shaken down for owning a friggin can. A can that you never received a stamp for and now you must wait another year to get because of the red tape bs...But hey, you do you, fella!
I won't complain because of a wait...I won't pay the tax, and will not be shaken down for something we should all be able to legally own, without a stupid stamp. If we are going to complain, that's where it begins and ends for me.
Some awesome looking stuff he is showing there. That bolt gun is drool worthy.
Too bad he is in trouble with the law.
No idea. I have heard of him, but would not know him if he approached me. He has made some major contributions to the firearms industry for sure.
Unfortunately, I believe the HPA and 41f are at the bottom of the heap of their priorities right now. They are too busy trying to straighten out a mountain of screw ups from the past 50+ years of bad government. It may eventually pass, but I doubt if it will be this year.
Things could be worse...
Same here. I would like to have a can or two, and would pay for them, but I'm not going through the BS paperwork, wait, and shelling out the extra money for a stupid stamp. This goes for all NFA items. It's BS.
I don't even like paying for a GWCL. More BS.
I am more concerned about night riding poachers. But not so worried that I believe cans should be NFA items. They should be as easy to obtain as safety glasses or ear plugs.
Isn't it great to have a big brother in DC watching out for us and making sure we get this stuff done today? I don't think we show enough appreciation for bubba around here.
At the moment you may not be fingerprinted and treated like a criminal every time you exercise your Constitutional rights, but you have been treated like a criminal exercising them, and so have I. NFA items are cool but not worth the hassle for me. I think the laws are ridiculous, but I suppose...
