    I think it sounds pretty good, but I don't have a lot of suppressor experience to compare it to. Definitely had to put a #17 lockipiece in it. Tamed it right back down

    Would it make sense to buy a 550-1 and have it threaded for a suppressor? Do you think it would work reliably suppressed with shorts? How much space is needed ahead of the front sight to not need an extension?
