That looks really good. I cant tell from the pick, but if you have the smooth side of the leather on the handle on the outside, you might want to flip it to have the suede side out. Brain tanned leather is sued on both sides. It is just a thought, and most people would not notice... -

Here is a quick pattern that I made by tracing over the pic you posted. Just remember that all Raptor bird feathers are illegal unless you are a Native American. You can use wild turkey feathers, or if you want a more authentic look, you can get domestic white turkey feathers and airbrush... -

These work on the FRS (Family Radio Service) so any other radio that also uses this service will be compatible. I think all of the Talkabout series use it.
