    That'll just about do it. With a set of Dumbbells you can go very far with just those exercises

    Great job starting a new fitness challenge. I have a suggest though. Try to incorporate a horizontal pulling exercise as well to keep things balanced. Think of it like throwing a really strong recoil spring in you pistol but using light range ammo. Eventually you are going to run into problems...

    Rereading FEARLESS it's a great book. I recommend it to everyone. Just goes to show what you can achieve if you work for it.
