    Sounds like the connector, or the antenna could be bad. your meter on the cb should tell ya . hope that helps.

    I gotta cobra 29 in the chevy, it does a pretty good job of getting out, it sure saved my tale from being late to work when there was a back up on I-20 east bound , Cobra 's good for the money.

    yea, wilson 1000 is a pretty good ant. for the money, transmitts a good distance also, for more transmittance get a supermod, that'll get you wayyyy out there. m
