    2022-23 Way too early “Deer”Rifle thread

    I guess I am not the only with an itch for a new rifle and deer season! Fall can’t get here quick enough. Just hope I have more time to hunt this year.

    I like 100:1 keep in mind I have never been in a club when all members where hunting at the same time. It's just nice to have space.

    Thanks for sharing your story. Crazy to think a deer can go through so much and still make it. You know they have to be in pain and discomfort.

    Think I will call dnr in the morning. I don't want her to suffer but then again I know deer are tough and don't want to kill her bc of it. If she will recovery. Then if there is an infection would the meat be any good?

    Well I did see her and even took the safety off. I was just scared dnr would be black and white about the law and if they found out they would fine me. I called dnr but they closed at 4 She seemed alright. She didn't walk on her leg but fed. I wonder if she could possibly heal?
