    Berger has 2 lines of bullets. Target, and hunting. I've only Used the 140 7mm hunting vld, and it performed as advertised.

    Every shot I made with the 130 .270, was a complete pass through. Golf ball size exit. Last two with a 140 7mm, did not pass through. I keep hearing that some of the ballistic tips have thicker jackets, and some are thinner.

    The 7mm 120 grain is supposed to be a tough little bullet. The jacket is supposedly thicker. I'm gonna load some up in my .284 Win.

    Love em or hate them? I've used the 130 grain .270 cal ballistic tip with great success. Most shots were bang flops.
