It's frustrating to have them blow, but I often see deer as early as 20 minutes after one blows. The woods settle back down and deer continue to move......some far enough off that they can't even hear the blowing. The hunt ain't necessarily ruined......
Yes. I was going to add that, but didnt want to type that much. I avoid Paulding Forest altogether. There are just better places to hunt in my opinion, but I've seen a couple nice bucks taken off there the last few years.
We bought a mid grade grinder from Cabela's last year. On sale for around $120. It's a mid grade model. I've done 5 deer with it. No problems yet. It's paid for itself. I'll try to get model number.
We got it to save money and I was tired of processors. I've had some that left my deer outside...
It's been about 21 years since I've messed with muzzleloaders. I bought a CVA Wolf recently and can't get it zeroed. I torqued scope down properly and even used Loctite on the threads. I used Pyrodex Pellets that are probably 23 years old and some old CVA Deer Slayer Conical Bullets. Any advice...
I used to be a big Bushnell fan, but after my camera wasn't taking photos, I had to send it in to them. The camera is 2 years old and barely used. I'm not too happy with how much life I got out of this camera. Recommend a good, dependable camera that will last.
Im not really sure how showing that he is unwilling to press charges will help him either. They may sense he is weak and they can continue their shenanigans.
