    I have in the neighborhood of 70-80 pounds done and eat it right out of jar.

    You can put just a little water In but doesn't need it. Renders out as it cooks.

    We just cut it into chunks small enough to fit in jars. Fill to air gap(1/4 inch or so from top) put lids on. Place in pressure cooker at between 10-15lbs for I think hour and half of so. That's it. No salt (can season to taste but limits what you can use it for). So tender it melts.

    9 does ate 25lbs of corn in less than 12 hours last night. :frusty: 2 are huge.
