I keep a good assortment on hand totaling 10k +/-. Unfortunately I don't shoot or reload like I use to. It may be time to conduct an inventory of equipment and components and sell.

Back to your question, i started reloading in 84 +/- and don't remember ever seeing green boxes from any of my suppliers.
I have more trouble with walnut shells in the primer pocket than I do corn cobb media but I wouldn't say it has been an issue. I do a thorough inspection of each case once polished and usually give each a quick twist with the primer pocket brush as i inspect.

I use and have always used a small base sizing die for my 5.56. Some will swear it over works the brass and I'm not going to argue about it. In the 20 + years i have been reloading range pick-up and once fired military I have never had a single case failure and get many re-loads per case.
