  1. On the cheap.. Lee Loader 38sp 357mag . Have you used one?

For this reason, spend a few extra dollars and get a hand priming tool for that job. Other wise the Lee Loader works well, just slow.
  2. Prevent rust on reloading equipment.

Covering won't stop the rusting unless the cover is mostly airtight. And wipe some preservative on it first. I like Birchwood Casey Barricade.
  3. 20 lbs of empty brass shells.. where to sell?

Georgia Arms & Ammo will probably buy them. Or list them for sale here on ODT.
  4. 45 Colt snakeshot

I haven't used Universal in shotshells but I do know that pressure levels are lower with shot than with bullets. You might want to contact Speer and get their advice.
  5. 45 colt ruger loads

Lyman's load data lists this for a 255 gr lead bullet: 6.0 grains of 700X for 785 fps and 8.0 grains for 1,039 fps (maximum load) in Rugers and T/C's only. I have not tried it, just quoting the Lyman book. Those numbers are from a 10" T/C barrel.
