Really depends on caliber. If you're just doing 9mm there's no point in wasting time with a single stage. Maybe a decent turret. If you know someone with a setup I'd recommend giving it a try.

It's not terribly hard to find them in stock online. You're just going to pay ~.10/per to get them to your door.

I used to be able to pick up powder/primer at local guns shops and pawn shops. You can check around at places in your area, but it's probably slim pickings.
