    There's not any plastic back there, appears to be all cloth. It's the middle seat belt in the back seat

    Negative it's stuck if you pull and it tightens...won't release the tension

    Price is key, the higher the miles though, the least someone will pay, factor that in. Plus location is also a concern, but like the other trader said, people will travel for a good deal
