Wow. So we've finally reached the point where quality ARs are cheaper than Glocks. I don't guess I'll be selling my used PSA any time soon. Good for new buyers though.
I just went and picked up another Shield at lunch. In and out in under 10 minutes. The parking lot was full but inside it looked like a normal day. They still had plenty of Shields and 642s, and there were guys looking at the Anderson lowers so I assume they had a good supply of those as well.
I pulled in at 8:40am this morning and the parking lot was full of folks sitting in their cars staying warm. I got out and stood by the door as the first in line and then everyone else followed suit. Sorry for making everyone stand in the cold but I was in a hurry. ;)
I got my Shield 9mm and...
I just left Big Woods Goods and they had a shiny new Colt 6920 AR for $1299. It is the one with the standard foregrip and Rogers Superstoc buttstock.
That's pretty much the price they've been for the last year before the craziness.
I was being sarcastic. The prices posted in the OP are slightly higher than normal, which would be a reflection of the current gun market. I love Cherokee and use them exclusively for all my gun purchases and FFL transfers.
